Regional Sales Manager, Belgium & Luxembourg | Trauma Product Portfolio

Stryker seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead trauma product sales across Belgium and Luxembourg. The role involves managing a team of eight sales professionals, executing commercial strategy, and driving sustainable business growth through customer partnerships and territory management.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional commercial strategy and deliver sales targets through territory management and customer engagement
- Lead and develop ~8 sales professionals, setting expectations, providing feedback, and managing performance
- Provide sales forecasts, monitor pipeline health, and identify market trends and competitive opportunities
- Build customer relationships and partner with internal functions to execute business priorities
- Lead regional sales and marketing initiatives to drive market share growth and support change initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years sales and/or marketing experience with demonstrated leadership of others in MedTech, Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare
- Proven track record coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
- Fluent in English; proficient in Dutch or French (both preferred)
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license
- Strategic thinking with ability to analyze data, forecast, and identify growth opportunities
Compensation: €87,100–€145,200 EUR annual
