- Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar een toekomstgerichte Dynamics 365-oplossing.
- Je werkt de functionele en logische architectuur uit voor stakeholderbeheer, VMK-casemanagement, kanaalintegratie, Customer Insights en kennisbeheer.
- Je definieert configuratie- en integratierichtlijnen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen businessdoelen, de Dynamics 365-oplossing en de bredere applicatiearchitectuur.
- Je begeleidt architecturale keuzes en ondersteunt besluitvorming.
- Je stemt af met stakeholders, domeinexperten, ontwikkelaars en externe partners.
- Je ondersteunt roadmap-, migratie- en implementatiebeslissingen.
Jouw profiel
- Aantoonbare ervaring als specialistisch architect binnen een specifiek domein, zoals netwerking, veiligheid, serverinfrastructuur, applicatiearchitectuur, ERP, ECM-platformen, datawarehouse of BI, of als enterprise architect.
- Aantoonbare kennis van verschillende architectuurdomeinen en bewezen expertise in minstens één specialisatiedomein, zoals infrastructuur, applicatie, beveiliging, data of processen.
- Ervaring met modelleertechnieken en architectuurmethodieken, waaronder ArchiMate , TOGAF , UML en Sparx EA .
- Goede kennis van bedrijfsprocessen in het algemeen.
- Inzicht in diverse facetten van projectmanagement, zoals kosten, timing, coördinatie, planning en inschattingen.
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2 .
Je werkt mee aan een digitaliseringstraject rond vragen, meldingen en klachten, met als doel de dienstverlening te moderniseren via een geïntegreerde aanpak van klantinteracties, dossieropvolging en kanaalbeheer in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
