About the Role

SANDT is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex transformation and delivery initiatives.

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of critical project streams or complete engagements. You will work in environments where business priorities, operations, technology, and regulatory requirements intersect. You will define the delivery approach, establish effective governance, mobilise multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

You will work in an agile environment and adapt delivery practices to the needs of each engagement. Your focus will remain on measurable outcomes, delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead key project streams or complete engagements, from initial framing through delivery.
• Define the project approach, governance, priorities, and success criteria.
• Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted client relationships and lead workshops, steering committees, and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment and remove delivery blockers.
• Coach consultants and contribute to building autonomous, high-performing teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase the project’s impact or expand its scope.

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in relevant fields
• Proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects from initial framing through delivery.
• Experience working directly with senior business, operational, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in automotive or mobility is considered a plus.
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial environments.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in project or programme management.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects in agile or hybrid environments.
• Good command of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience managing roadmaps, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and project reporting.
• Ability to establish effective governance and translate strategic objectives into concrete delivery plans.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

• Trilingual proficiency: Dutch, French, and English
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
