Contexte de la mission
Dans le cadre d'initiatives de transformation business et opérationnelle, notre client, un acteur majeur du marché belge de l'assurance, recherche un(e) Project Manager / Business Analyst confirmé(e) avec une expertise solide en Property & Casualty (P&C) pour renforcer son équipe projet.

- Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins métier auprès des parties prenantes
- Traduire les besoins business en spécifications fonctionnelles
- Coordonner les projets et garantir le respect des délais et de la qualité
- Animer des ateliers de travail avec les équipes business et IT
- Assurer le suivi des risques projet et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus P&C
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Business Analyst, Project Manager, ou profil hybride PM/BA
- Connaissance approfondie du métier P&C / Non-Vie (souscription, sinistres, produits, tarification)
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de gestion des xlxgzvr parties prenantes
- Profil médior/senior, autonome et orienté solutions
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe, multi-acteurs, avec des enjeux réglementaires
Langues
- Français ou néerlandais courant, avec une bonne compréhension de l'autre langue nationale
- Anglais professionnel
