Zoek jij een stabiele, administratieve spilfunctie met een grote verantwoordelijkheid? Word Front Desk Officer op onze site aan de Schomhoeveweg. In deze rol, bij Van Moer, overstijg je het klassieke onthaalwerk. Jij bent de betrouwbare bewaker van onze informatiestroom en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling tussen chauffeurs en onze logistieke operatie. Een cruciale en standvastige job waarin jouw precisie echt het verschil maakt.

Jouw profiel:
- Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig. Nieuwe computersystemen en software pik jij snel en vlot op.
- Je communiceert vloeiend en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Op piekmomenten behoud jij het overzicht. Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
- Je wil graag in ploegen werken, afwisselend van 6u-14u en van 14u-22u.
Jouw gevarieerd takenpakket:
- Je verwerkt orders, beheert de mailbox en voert de nodige data nauwkeurig in onze interne logistieke systemen in.
- Je ontvangt chauffeurs en bezoekers aan het loket en zorgt ervoor dat zij met de correcte, wettelijke transportdocumenten de weg op gaan.
- Je geeft duidelijke instructies aan chauffeurs over locaties en procedures, en bent het telefonische aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen.
- Een transportdossier beheren
- Documenten voor internationaal goederenverkeer opstellen
- Informatie geven
- Transportdocumenten opstellen
- Een preventieve of corrigerende oplossing voorstellen
- Het transport opvolgen
