En tant que Service Desk Operator, ton rôle est essentiel: tu veilles à ce que nos techniciens et ingénieurs réseau soient au bon endroit, au bon moment, avec les bons moyens pour briller chez le client !
Tes missions quotidiennes:
- Achat & Administration : Préparer et suivre les bons de commande de matériel, gérer les démarches légales (Check In at Work, RSZ) et demander des devis ciblés en équipe.
- Dispatching & Planning : Être le premier point de contact (téléphone, e-mail, plateformes) et planifier les interventions des techniciens en parfaite harmonie.
- Communication client : Informer les clients de manière proactive et veiller à la clôture optimale des ordres de travail.
- Support HR & Fleet : Assurer le suivi des heures, du matériel, des vêtements de travail et participer à la gestion opérationnelle de la flotte de véhicules.

Le poste de Service Desk Operator demande de la rigueur, de l'organisation et une belle dose d'énergie relationnelle!
✅ Ton profil & tes compétences:
- Expérience : Tu justifies de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement technique et orienté service client (par exemple HVAC/HVAC-R).
- Langues : Tu maîtrises parfaitement le néerlandais et le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. ️
- Outils : Tu travailles facilement avec la suite Office et tu adores structurer ton travail (la connaissance de SAP est un super atout pour ce poste de Service Desk Operator !).
- Mindset : Esprit d'initiative, précision et résistance au stress. Tu vois ce qu'il faut faire avant même qu'on ne te le demande !
- Agilité : Tu sais passer d'une tâche à l'autre avec le sourire, même face aux échéances et aux objectifs à atteindre.
