Wil jij mensen helpen op momenten waarop ze jouw steun echt nodig hebben? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Je komt terecht bij een gekende speler binnen mobiliteit en bijstand, waar klanten dag en nacht rekenen op een snelle, professionele en empathische dienstverlening.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Bijstandsverlener Front Office ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die in België of het buitenland hulp nodig hebben. Dankzij jouw luistervaardigheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak krijgt elke klant de ondersteuning die hij verdient.
- Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van klanten met een hulpvraag
- Nauwkeurig verzamelen van alle relevante informatie
- Correct inschatten van situaties en prioriteiten
- Registreren van dossiers volgens de geldende procedures
- Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar het Back Office team
- Klanten op een professionele en empathische manier te woord staan
- Bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening, ook tijdens drukke momenten
- Schakelen tussen verschillende situaties en dossiers
Kortom, een afwisselende functie waarin je dagelijks het verschil maakt voor mensen die op jouw hulp rekenen.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die communicatief sterk is en rust weet te bewaren wanneer anderen die even kwijt zijn.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
- Goede kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring binnen customer service, een klantendienst of contactcenter is een troef
- Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Klantgerichte en empathische instelling
- Oplossingsgerichte aanpak
- Stressbestendig en efficiënt tijdens piekmomenten
- Bereidheid om te werken in een variabel uurrooster tussen 6u en 23u, van maandag tot zondag
