Zin om een nieuwe dynamiek te geven aan je carrière binnen een callcenter met een hoog volume? Als Teamleader callcenter speel je een sleutelrol in het aansturen van de prestaties van je team, het bieden van een uitstekende klantenservice en het dagelijks begeleiden van je medewerkers. Deze functie van Verantwoordelijke klantendienst biedt je een grote autonomie om grootschalige operaties te coördineren en een ambitieus team te motiveren.
Dit zijn je dagelijkse taken:
- Operationeel beheer: De werkdruk verdelen om de contractuele en interne KPI's te behalen, de planning beheren en de teamprestaties in realtime opvolgen.
- Coaching & Talentontwikkeling: Individuele gesprekken voeren, persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen opstellen en je medewerkers coachen om hun vaardigheden te versterken.
- Communicatie & Escalatie: Vlot communiceren met de verschillende partners, complexe dossiers behandelen en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging bij het management.
- Continu verbeteren: Actief bijdragen aan projecten voor procesoptimalisatie, de overdracht van activiteiten naar offshore-locaties begeleiden en waken over het welzijn op het werk.
Profiel
- Minstens 5 jaar bewezen ervaring in teammanagement binnen een callcenter met hoog volume (op managerniveau). Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. • Diploma van het niveau Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Sterke vaardigheden in peoplemanagement, conflictbeheersing en het begeleiden van verandering in een dynamische omgeving.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van lokale en hybride teams met een hoog niveau van betrokkenheid.
- Een proactieve ingesteldheid gericht op de continue verbetering van operationele processen.
