Team Leader Customer Operations

IMPACT Auderghem
- Vous encadrez une équipe de 10 à 15 collaborateurs, composée de profils fixes et temporaires.
- Vous suivez les performances de l’équipe et pilotez les KPI opérationnels.
- Vous gérez les situations complexes et les réclamations que le front office ne peut pas résoudre.
- Vous accompagnez vos collaborateurs via du coaching, des feedbacks et des entretiens individuels.
- Vous assurez le suivi des absences, des changements de planning et de la répartition des tâches.
- Vous intervenez comme point de référence pour l’équipe, y compris lorsque des situations nécessitent une certaine flexibilité horaire.
- Vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe et people management.
- Vous avez évolué dans un environnement customer service, call center ou back office.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, le néerlandais ; toute langue supplémentaire constitue un atout.
- Vous savez gérer des clients mécontents et des situations conflictuelles ou complexes.
- Vous travaillez facilement avec des KPI et savez prendre des décisions dans un environnement avec plusieurs priorités.
- Vous recherchez une fonction opérationnelle avec de vraies responsabilités managériales, plutôt qu'un rôle purement administratif.
- Une mission de 6 mois en intérim, avec possibilité de prolongation.
- Un environnement international et opérationnel.
- Une fonction avec une réelle responsabilité sur une équipe de 10 à 15 personnes.
- Un travail organisé en horaire de 9-17h
- Une fonction variée avec un rôle central dans le suivi des équipes et la qualité du service.
- Vous assurez ponctuellement une disponibilité en dehors de vos heures de travail afin de pouvoir répondre aux urgences opérationnelles lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire.
- Salaire : à définir selon votre expérience et votre profil.
