Beschrijving van de functie
Als Operations Support Specialist zijn je verantwoordelijkheden :
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten in de medische sector.
- Je ben communicatief sterk en kan vlot klantvragen telefonisch en per mail beantwoorden.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en plant de agenda van Field Service Engineers efficiënt in.
- Je ondersteunt Field Service Engineers bij backofficeactiviteiten, van het bestellen van onderdelen tot facturatie.
- Je volgt klantendossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
- Je verwerkt alles nauwkeurig in CRM- en SAP-systemen.
- Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams.
- Je streeft elke dag naar maximale klanttevredenheid.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de Life Sciences-sector en wil jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een internationale omgeving.
