Beschrijving van de functie
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je staat in voor de correcte en vlotte administratieve opvolging van klantcontracten gedurende de volledige leasecyclus.
- Je maakt bestellingen aan, volgt leveringen op en beheert de nodige goedkeuringen en handtekeningen.
- Je verwerkt aankopen, stelt leasingschema's op en behandelt facturen nauwkeurig.
- Je actualiseert klantgegevens en voert wijzigingen door in bestaande leaseovereenkomsten.
- Je coördineert retours, bereidt ophalingen voor en verwerkt verkoopovereenkomsten.
- Je maakt leveranciersgegevens aan in het systeem en volgt betalingsupdates op.
- Je beheert documenten zorgvuldig via het document management systeem.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten, lost operationele problemen op en denkt mee na over standaardisatie en optimalisatie van processen.

Jij herkent jezelf in onderstaande
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en werkt vlot met complexe systemen. Goede kennis van Excel is vereist.
- Je hebt ervaring in een internationale omgeving en functioneert sterk binnen een team.
- Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met een proactieve ingesteldheid.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en hebt oog voor procesverbetering.
- Je levert kwalitatief werk af en neemt ownership over je takenpakket.
