Inbound and Quality Coordinator To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and proactive Inbound & Quality Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring both product quality and the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain. You will combine quality control, supplier communication and operational coordination to help deliver the best possible products and service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and an analytical approach to problem-solving. Tasks

• Perform quality inspections on finished products and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Register, analyze and follow up on quality issues and customer complaints.
• Monitor and maintain quality procedures, standards and work instructions.
• Coordinate inbound goods flows and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow up on purchase orders and track delivery deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers and support operational decision-making.
• Prepare reports on quality and supply chain performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree with technical fashion knowledge or equivalent through experience.
• Experience or knowledge of supply chain processes and a production environment is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong asset
