Position Description
Are you a talented, entrepreneurial leader with experience in the financial sector? Do you have a strong understanding of the financial institutions market and how we as an IT service provider can respond to it? Then we are looking for you!

Your role in our team
As a Director Consulting Services, you will be fully responsible for your clients, your team, and operational activities. Together with your team of 15 colleagues, you will work to optimize our service delivery. You will lead your team in the development of new services for your clients, recruit new talent, and ensure the professional growth of your team members.

You are the central figure in service delivery: a subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and expanding strong relationships with both existing and new clients. You will take the lead in business development and ensure the quality of the services delivered.

You know how to balance your focus between results, engagement, and quality. As a trusted partner for our clients, you and your team work on growing and strengthening CGI's strategic position. To stay connected to the field, you will also dedicate 50% of your time to strategic assignments.

With proven experience in initiating and delivering business and IT solutions, along with a relevant professional network, you know how to make this role a success in a creative and impactful way.

What we ask of you:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT and Consulting Services;
• Responsible for managing a PNL of 2M to 4 M €
• Responsible for managing a team of 15 to 20 P
• A strong and high-quality professional network within financial services organizations;
• Ability to engage in in-depth discussions with clients;
• Extensive experience in business development, including strategic planning;
• A completed Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
• Native Dutch or French with excellent communication skills in English.
