Marketing Creative Director

We’re looking for a Creative Director to join our Marketing team and lead the creative vision and expression of the Cohabs brand.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll lead our Brand Creative team, currently made up of a Designer, Photographer and Producer / Project Manager. From creative strategy to execution, you’ll be responsible for bringing the Cohabs brand to life across all touchpoints.

You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, creativity and marketing , translating our brand strategy into bold concepts, compelling storytelling and a consistent visual and verbal identity. Working closely with Comms, Social, Media & Performance and Customer Experience, you’ll shape creative across the full funnel: from brand campaigns and content to our website, app, events and merchandising.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to have a real impact on how a brand looks, feels and sounds. You’ll be the driving creative force behind Cohabs’ marketing and play a key role in establishing Cohabs as the first true living brand .

What you'll be doing

• You’ll define and drive the creative vision for Cohabs, ensuring our brand identity remains distinctive, relevant and consistent across every channel. You’ll lead the Brand Creative team, setting direction, challenging ideas and creating an environment where great creative work can happen.
• You’ll develop concepts and campaigns from brief to execution, combining strong creative thinking with a clear understanding of marketing and business objectives. You’ll work closely with the wider Marketing team to connect brand building and performance, ensuring creative works throughout the full customer journey.
• You’ll also shape Cohabs’ tone of voice and copy direction, while overseeing the development of visual assets and creative content. From digital channels and campaigns to events, merchandising and customer experiences, you’ll make sure every expression of the brand feels unmistakably Cohabs.
• As a creative leader, you’ll also help evolve our creative processes and make the most of new technologies, including AI, to make the team more efficient and ambitious in the way we create and scale content.

What we're looking for

• You have 7+ years of creative experience, with a focus on copywriting and concept development, gained in creative agencies or in-house marketing teams, and proven experience leading creative teams.
• You are a creative leader with proven experience building brand identities and concepts across channels.
• You have experience in both brand-building and performance-driven work.
• You are hands-on, efficient, and confident in your approach to brand strategy and execution.
• You have the ability and desire to build a distinctive brand universe across the full marketing mix.
• You have experience leveraging AI tools to support the creation and rollout of assets and marketing initiatives, while maximising the efficiency of the creative process.
• You are excited about the Cohabs product and have a clear vision for how Cohabs’ brand perception can be strengthened going forward.
