Customer Experience & ICCC Senior Specialist

Als Customer Experience & ICCC Senior Specialist analyseer je klantfeedback, identificeer je verbeterkansen en zet je inzichten om in concrete acties. Je werkt samen met operationele teams en management om processen te verbeteren en een echte klantgerichte cultuur te versterken.
Wat ga je doen?
- Klantfeedback analyseren en trends identificeren.
- Inzichten vertalen naar verbeteracties en projecten.
- KPI's en klantbelevingsresultaten opvolgen en rapporteren.
- ICCC-meetings voorbereiden en verbeteracties coördineren.
- Best practices en positieve klantverhalen delen binnen de organisatie.
- Samenwerken met regionale teams en benchmarkresultaten vertalen naar lokale acties.
Wie zoeken we?
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een analytische, projectmatige of klantgerichte functie.
- Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een passie voor continue verbetering.
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om stakeholders op alle niveaus mee te nemen.
