Voor een gerenommeerde organisatie actief binnen de financiële sector zijn we op zoek naar een Account Manager . Deze organisatie ontwikkelt en organiseert opleidingen, certificeringen en ontwikkeltrajecten voor professionals binnen de Belgische financiële wereld. Om haar netwerk verder uit te bouwen en bestaande samenwerkingen te versterken, zoekt zij een gedreven Account Manager met een goede kennis van de financiële sector.

- Je beheert en ontwikkelt een portefeuille van strategische partners binnen de financiële sector.
- Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor partners.
- Je werkt opleidings- en ontwikkelingstrajecten uit op maat van de behoeften van klanten en partners.
- Je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten en bouwt bestaande samenwerkingen verder uit.
- Je stelt projectvoorstellen op en werkt mee aan rapporteringen en evaluaties.
- Je definieert groeiplannen en KPI’s en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
- Je identificeert upsell- en cross-sell opportuniteiten binnen je portefeuille.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne collega's en vormt de brug tussen partners en de organisatie.
Profiel
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement, partnership management of business development.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de financiële sector en begrijpt de noden van verschillende stakeholders.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
