Account Manager

Nous recherchons un Account Manager pour rejoindre l’une de nos équipes commerciales à Bruxelles. Ce poste ne ressemble pas à un emploi commercial classique : notre culture d’entreprise unique encourage à la fois la performance et le développement de nos collaborateurs.
Vos missions
- Être 100 % sur le terrain, avec une présence quotidienne chez les clients
- Accompagner les clients dans le développement de leur activité
- Gérer environ 6 rendez-vous clients par jour
- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients
- Identifier et créer de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux
- Adopter une approche de consultative selling pour comprendre les besoins des clients
- Proposer des solutions innovantes, performantes et rentables
- Réaliser des démonstrations produits
- Vendre des services et solutions logicielles
- Assurer un suivi client de haut niveau
Vos atouts pour ce poste
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction technique ou commerciale
- Diplôme de bachelier minimum
- Une expérience dans la vente de services constitue un atout supplémentaire
- Excellentes capacités de communication et solides compétences relationnelles
- Personnalité déterminée, audacieuse et compétitive
- Volonté d'apprendre et de se dépasser
- Volonté de se déplacer dans la région attribuée
- Maîtrise du français et niveau courant en anglais
