Underwriter assistant
Onze klant is een internationaal verzekeringsbedrijf dat ondernemingen ondersteunt met gespecialiseerde verzekeringsoplossingen. Vanuit België werken ze met ervaren teams rond onder meer brand, aansprakelijkheid, technische verzekeringen, transport en andere zakelijke risico’s.
Binnen de afdeling SME & Sales ondersteun je de underwriters bij de onderschrijving en administratieve opvolging van verzekeringsdossiers voor kmo’s .
Wat je doet • Ondersteunen van underwriters bij informatieverzameling en risicoanalyse
• Mee uitwerken van offerteaanvragen en premievoorstellen
• Administratieve opvolging van offerte tot realisatie
• Opmaken van polissen en bijvoegsels
• Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van aansprakelijkheidspolissen
• Opvolgen van premie-invordering
• Inbrengen van polissen, bijvoegsels en premies in de systemen
• Rapportering ondersteunen richting management en home office
• Klantenvragen beantwoorden, schriftelijk en telefonisch Je zit in een rol waar nauwkeurigheid, opvolging en dossierkennis samenkomen. Gezocht profiel • Diploma Financie- en Verzekeringswezen is een plus
• Eerste ervaring in verzekeringen is gelijkwaardig
• Ervaring als administratief medewerker of dossierbeheerder is een plus
• Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
• Goede kennis Engels
• Vlot met Microsoft Office en IT-tools
• Communicatief en punctueel Aanbod • Direct vast contract
