Vanuit een ondernemende en snelgroeiende omgeving helpt het bedrijf internationale technologieproducten succesvol te lanceren, te positioneren en verder te laten groeien binnen retail- en resellerkanalen.
We zoeken geen pure cold caller, maar iemand die graag een netwerk opbouwt, nieuwe contactpersonen benadert en duurzame relaties ontwikkelt.
Categorieën openen en laten groeien Je introduceert nieuwe productcategorieën bij bestaande retailpartnersJe legt contact met nieuwe stakeholders binnen accounts en bouwt een breed netwerk op
Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt die naar concrete commerciële opportuniteiten
Je ontwikkelt actieplannen en zorgt ook zelf voor de uitvoering Sterke klantrelaties bouwen Je onderhoudt langdurige relaties met resellers binnen jouw portfolio
Je beheert het volledige verkoopproces: van forecasting tot opvolging na verkoop
Je detecteert problemen vroeg en lost ze proactief op
Je adviseert partners over assortiment, positionering en promoties op basis van marktinzichten Samenwerken en rapporteren Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om projecten en lanceringen vlot te laten verlopen
Je deelt inzichten, prognoses en analyses met je leidinggevende
Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op beurzen, events en netwerkactiviteiten
Je wacht niet af. Je ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en zet ideeën om in actie.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales of business development
- Ervaring met groot huishoudelijk apparatuur, de specifieke sector of een verwante categorie is een sterke plus
- Je bent een netwerker met lef en enthousiasme
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar niet alles vooraf vastligt en waar je zelf structuur helpt creëren
- Je combineert commercieel instinct met analytisch denkvermogen
- Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, en weet wanneer je moet pushen en wanneer je moet luisteren
- Meewerken aan snelgroeiende technologiecategorieën binnen een solide organisatie
- Veel autonomie en ownership over jouw aanpak
- Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende teams in een no-nonsense cultuur
- Een marktconform salarispakket (bruto + alle overige extralegale voordelen)
