Nous recherchons un consultant interne pour notre équipe Lifesciences à Louvain-La-Neuve. Un poste stimulant, varié et à fort impact, dans lequel vous pourrez évoluer à votre rythme.
En tant que partenaire pour les talents, chaque jour est unique et stimulant ! Vous endossez différentes casquettes et jonglez entre le recrutement, le suivi et l'administration. Des collègues enthousiastes, un manager expérimenté et dynamique, un beau parcours de formation tout est prêt pour vous accueillir ! Nous commencerons votre parcours en tant qu'Account Specialist Lifesciences par une formation initiale de trois jours. Après cette formation, vous commencerez à travailler dans les bureaux internes de Randstad chez notre client Zoetis à Louvain-La-Neuve, tout en apportant votre soutien à vos collègues d'autres bureaux internes. Vos tâches seront les suivantes : - en tant que consultant interne, vous recherchez les bons candidats et complétez ainsi le planning/les offres d'emploi.- vous êtes soutenu(e) par vos collègues d'autres bureaux pour le recrutement d'intérimaires.
- avant, pendant et après le démarrage de votre candidat, vous assurez une administration fluide, l'intégration du travailleur
intérimaire, mais vous êtes également un coach pour votre candidat et vous assurez un suivi étroit de celui-ci.
