After Sales Specialist
(Antwerp/Limburg/Flemish Brabant)

Function

• Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Managing incoming enquiries and scheduling customer visits.Listening to and resolving queries or complaints about our products.
• Finding effective solutions that satisfy customers.
  
• Sharing knowledge within the team and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Act according to internal safety procedures and guidelines.
• Reporting to the Customer Care Manager on progress and results.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree and relevant (aftersales) experience.
• Strong communicative and proactive attitude, solution-oriented and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently, good at diary management and happy to be on the road.
• Ideally familiar with product standards and proficient in MS Office.
• Dutch-speaking, with command of English and French.
• Ideally living in the region of Antwerp, Limburg or Flemish Brabant.
