Local Clinical Study Manager (Belgium/ Denmark/ Netherlands/ Sweden)

IQVIA seeks a Local Clinical Study Manager to lead clinical trial operations across Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, and Sweden. The role involves managing project execution, cross-functional teams, regulatory compliance, and site oversight for oncology and onco-hematology studies in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical study leadership and oversee trial delivery, execution, quality, and timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage daily monitoring activities, and drive study progress
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and site activation and startup activities
- Monitor study quality and compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure regulatory compliance, eTMF quality, and adherence to ICH-GCP and local regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science or related discipline
- Five+ years clinical research experience with minimum two years project management
- Proven expertise in oncology or onco-hematology therapeutic areas
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English and local language (Belgian, Danish, Dutch, or Swedish)
- Experience in study monitoring, compliance oversight, and inspection readiness
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
