Transcend GTO-QM, Clinical Quality

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Template Owner for Clinical/R&D Quality to lead business process consolidation and standardization within the Transcend global transformation program. The role involves driving S/4 HANA adoption, documenting end-to-end processes, and championing change across multiple international locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical/R&D Quality process consolidation and global template development aligned with Transcend roadmap
- Serve as subject matter expert driving S/4 HANA capability standardization and adoption across markets
- Document and map end-to-end Clinical/R&D Quality processes ensuring knowledge center accuracy and completeness
- Support business simulation, user acceptance testing, and deployment team training on template designs
- Champion change initiatives and process harmonization across regional organizations globally
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant business functional experience in complex, multi-ERP environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; high school diploma minimum required
- Subject matter expertise in Clinical/R&D Quality operations and processes
- Project management certification (PMP, FPX) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations and system standardization
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or comparable enterprise resource planning platforms
