Dossierbeheerder - Back Office Finance (Tijdelijk)
Functie
Voor één van onze klanten, gevestigd in Brussel en actief in de sector van bijstand (automotive, verzekeringen en mobiliteit), zijn wij op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder - Back Office Finance (Seizoen - Tijdelijk) .
Jouw taken:
- Behandeling van dossiers via mail en telefoon
- Analyse van terugbetalingsaanvragen (medisch/technisch, BE & buitenland)
- Controleren van dekking volgens contractvoorwaarden
- Valideren van bewijsstukken
- Berekenen van terugbetalingsbedragen
- Klanten informeren over terugbetaling of weigering
- Opstellen en verzenden van afrekeningen
- Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten (mail/telefoon)
- Opstellen van facturen naar B2B-partners
- Opvolgen van facturatievoorwaarden en deadlines
- Behandelen van betwistingen en geweigerde facturen
- Samenwerken met interne teams en rapporteren aan de Teamleader
Profiel
- Vlot Nederlands en Frans + kennis Engels is een plus
- Bachelor (bij voorkeur in verzekeringen, boekhouding, economie…)
- Eerste ervaring in dossierbeheer of schadebeheer is een plus
- Sterk analytisch en nauwkeurig
- Zelfstandig en proactief
- Klantgericht en kwaliteitsbewust
- Teamplayer
- Oplossingsgericht en flexibel
- Sterk in communicatie (mail & telefoon)
- Goede kennis van IT-tools
