Working as a Account Manager - Public Sector
As an Account Manager, working on the Public Sector in Brussels and the Walloon region, you are an important member of the company and you will have a huge impact on growth. You share our success story with public organizations in Belgium and help them understand the added value of working with Orange Cyberdefense.

You engage and partner with customers both new and existing at the Executive level to drive growth in Orange Cyberdefense services and solutions by creating value and bringing innovation to the customer’s business. You drive growth in revenue, margin and the number of services/solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships to align our solutions to the customer's Business and IT initiatives; develop and manage the professionalism, best practices and deliverables for each member of the extended account team, in order to distinguish Orange Cyberdefense from other partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with current and potential customers at the executive level to understand their overall strategy and key business drivers.

• You understand the customers’ business and IT strategy and drive solutions that are innovative and provide value.

• Proactively look for opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• You make Orange Cyberdefense a widely known partner.

• Organize a dedicated account plan to track progress and development.

• Organize conferences and social events in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the Marketing team.

Why are we talking to you?

• Master’s degree or have the necessary experience in the IT Security sector.

• You have multi-year experience as an Account Manager in the public sector and you have a strong affinity with IT Security and Infrastructure.

• Previous experience in answering to public tenders. ( Essential )

• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

• A strong communicator with the ability to influence.

• You are a commercial talent who loves to work in a team and who is not afraid to tackle complex solution.

• You understand corporate governance within complex organizations.

• A keen interest in the wonderful and ever-changing world of Cybersecurity.
