Process Analyst/Engineer Invest

We are looking for a Process Analyst/Engineer with strong knowledge of investment products to take end‑to‑end ownership of investor‑related processes in an Agile environment, with a focus on regulatory change and operational excellence.

- End‑to‑end ownership of processes related to investment products and investor profiling (MiFID declarations, investor and sustainability profiles, renewals)
- Process design, analysis and optimisation across the full investment lifecycle
- Definition and review of business processes and flows together with the Product Owner
- Active contribution to solution design, ideation and change management
- Close collaboration with Business, IT and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders
- Participation in Agile ceremonies and coordination with IT development teams
- Reporting on feature progress and delivery at different organisational levels
Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
- Solid knowledge xbpgvfh of investment products and related business processes
- Experience working in Agile / product‑driven environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Independent, proactive and solution‑driven
