Dans cette fonction, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion et l’optimisation des actifs, avec une forte dimension commerciale, financière et de négociation .
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international offrant une grande autonomie, où la prise d’initiative et l’orientation résultats sont particulièrement valorisées.
Vos responsabilités
- Gérer un portefeuille d' actifs commerciaux à Bruxelles et en Wallonie .
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des propriétaires et bailleurs.
- Préparer et mener les négociations de baux, renouvellements et conditions locatives .
- Renégocier les loyers et optimiser les conditions financières du portefeuille.
- Analyser les performances commerciales des points de vente afin de construire vos argumentaires de négociation.
- Assurer le suivi des contrats de location sur l’ensemble de leur cycle de vie.
- Identifier les opportunités permettant d’améliorer la rentabilité des actifs immobiliers .
- Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes : propriétaires, prestataires, équipes opérationnelles, etc.
- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie immobilière .
Votre profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor ou Master en immobilier, gestion immobilière, économie, finance, droit ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Français courant indispensable, et une bonne compréhension du néerlandais est un réel atout.
- Vous disposez idéalement de 1 à 7 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier, l’Asset Management, le Lease Management, le Property Management ou l’immobilier commercial.
- Vous êtes avant tout un profil commercial, analytique et orienté résultats .
- Vous êtes structuré, autonome, pragmatique et doté d’un excellent sens relationnel.
