About the role

Our Industrial Operation and Technology Team, composed of 14 people, is integrated in the BU Peroxide and focuses on providing support to industrial sites, ensuring to deploy Safety, Sustainability and Performance initiatives.

As a Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation Intern, you will contribute to knowledge management initiatives, including revamping training materials to support onboarding, and enhancing data structures to improve industrial dashboards, providing better visibility on projects and initiatives deployed across industrial sites.

You will be accountable for:

• Re-creation of the Industrial dashboard and Process dashboard in Power BI at Global Business Unit level;
• Re-connect files and folders from previous google folder/files structure to new MS /shared drive folder/files structure at GBU level;

• Taking part to improvement/optimization project : help in definition of future/standard structure at Global Business Unit level;

• Preparing training documents: revamping of old training documents with adaptation to new Gen-Z audience (to make it more impactful);

• Updating our Global Business Unit Technology internal website.

We offer a 6-month on-site internship based in Brussels, starting in September.



About you


Master/engineering degree in Digital Transformation with relevant experience in data science/knowledge management. Willing to work in a highly collaborative environment. Willing to combine the data dimension and the document optimization.


Competencies:

• Relevant experience in Knowledge Management and data structuring (advanced Excel and Power BI visualization required).

• English Proficiency.

• Additional languages such as Dutch, French, or Mandarin are a plus.

• Experience with AI is an asset.

About the pay


The base pay expected for this internship role is 350€ per month.
