Country Manager Belgium

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager Belgium to lead our Belgian business and drive the next phase of growth.

As the senior leader for the market, you will have full responsibility for business performance, commercial execution, and organizational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, developing talent, and delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

Working closely with regional leadership, you will ensure local execution is fully aligned with strategic business priorities while building a customer-focused, high-performing organization.

You will lead a diverse team, shape the commercial agenda, and ensure Belgium continues to strengthen its market position while creating long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

• Develop and execute the country strategy to deliver sustainable business growth
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement
• Lead commercial activities, including sales performance, customer development, and market expansion
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

Business & Financial Management

• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement
• Drive pricing, margin enhancement, and operational performance
• Ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Deliver business performance in line with strategic and financial objectives

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
• Create a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success
• Develop talent and strengthen organizational capabilities
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between local market execution and broader company priorities
• Act as the company representative in Belgium and build strong external relationships

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business growth and commercial performance
• Strong experience in B2B sales and commercial environments
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and delivering profitable growth
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent French and English; Dutch is an advantage
