Sales Manager - Programmatic DOOH & DSP - Belgium - €60 + Commission + Benefits

The Company

My client is a global AdTech company and one of the world's leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplaces, helping marketers buy and sell OOH media through innovative technology.

Working with major media owner networks and global brands, they are at the forefront of bringing programmatic and digital technology into the out-of-home space , creating new ways for advertisers to reach consumers in the real world.

Backed by a major global technology and telecommunications business, they are continuing to scale their DOOH offering across EMEA and are looking for a Sales Manager to own and grow the Belgium market .

The Job

• Drive DSP revenue growth across Belgium , working with media agencies, brands and trading desks
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the market
• Develop partnerships with digital advertising buyers, programmatic traders and agencies
• Drive adoption and engagement with the platform, making it easy for buyers to transact DOOH programmatically
• Identify incremental opportunities with independent trading desks, boutique agencies, brands and traditional OOH buyers
• Help educate agencies and advertisers on the digital OOH trading model, metrics and how DOOH can be incorporated into existing digital campaigns
• Build strong relationships across the Belgian advertising ecosystem and represent the business at industry events
• Work independently to build the market while having the support and infrastructure of a global organisation

You

• 2-4 years' experience in digital advertising, AdTech, media or solutions sales
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising and trading ecosystem, ideally including programmatic
• Experience selling digital advertising solutions and a proven ability to build a business/pipeline from scratch
• Existing relationships across Belgian media agencies, brands, trading desks or advertisers
• Understanding of areas such as programmatic, mobile, audio, data, attribution or digital measurement is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial hunter mentality with the drive to create new opportunities and grow a market
• Comfortable selling technical, product and business solutions to a range of stakeholders
• Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of the Belgium market
• Confident presenting and educating clients on new technology and emerging advertising solutions
• Fluent English plus Dutch and/or French - Dutch preferred
• Someone who is ambitious, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of programmatic DOOH
