Manpower Permanent Placement recrute pour l'un de ses clients, une entreprise internationale active dans les services B2B, un(e) Key Account Manager FR /GB (M/F/X), dans le cadre du développement de ses activités au Luxembourg. Statut : CDI Lieu de travail : Luxembourg Notre client accompagne des organisations exigeantes dans la gestion et l'optimisation de leur environnement opérationnel, avec une approche axée sur la conformité, la prévention et la continuité des activités. En tant que Key Account Manager, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du développement d'un portefeuille de clients stratégiques. Vous développez des relations durables avec vos interlocuteurs, identifiez des opportunités de croissance et proposez des solutions adaptées aux enjeux spécifiques de vos clients. Vous contribuez également à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients via une approche proactive et le développement de votre réseau. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec différents départements internes afin d'assurer un haut niveau de qualité de service. Vos responsabilités : Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants Identifier et concrétiser des opportunités commerciales Prospecter et développer de nouvelles relations Organiser des points de suivi réguliers avec les clients Assurer le suivi administratif et le reporting de votre activité Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir des solutions adaptées Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients Profil recherché : Formation supérieure ou expérience équivalente Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en vente B2B ou gestion de comptes, avec un réseau sur Luxembourg Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (toute autre langue est un atout) Excellentes compétences relationnelles et commerciales Orientation résultats et sens du service Autonomie, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités Personnalité enthousiaste, animée par une réelle motivation.
