Dans le cadre de cette mission freelance, vous travaillez en tant qu' Inside Sales Officer dans la région de Bruxelles.
Temporairement vous renforcez, à raison de 4 à 5 jours par semaine, l'équipe Sales Support / B2B.
Vous intégrez une entreprise internationale de premier plan active dans le secteur de la mobilité et de l'énergie, où la satisfaction client, l'innovation et la collaboration sont au cour des priorités.
Travailler via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions vous permet de conserver toute la liberté du freelance, tout en accédant facilement à de nouvelles missions et en simplifiant votre administration.
En tant qu' Inside Sales Officer , vos responsabilités incluent :
- Le support et la gestion de portefeuilles clients B2B avec un suivi administratif et analytique rigoureux
- L'analyse de données, de rapports et d'écarts afin de soutenir au mieux l'activité
- La coordination avec différents stakeholders internes et externes dans un environnement complexe
- Le rôle de back-up pour des portefeuilles néerlandophones, avec une communication en FR/EN/NL
- L'optimisation et le suivi des processus au sein du sales support
Profil
En tant que freelance, vous souhaitez approfondir vos compétences actuelles ou les mettre au service de différentes entreprises.
Votre parcours comprend notamment :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou de master, ou équivalent par expérience
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais
- Les programmes tels que Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint n'ont plus de secrets pour vous
