At Ingram Micro, we're looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Specialist Lenovo to join our team in Diegem and play a key role in accelerating the growth of our Lenovo ISG business across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your role in our team

As a Sales Specialist Lenovo, your focus is clear:

• 70% Sales Support, Partner Activation & Opportunity Management
• 30% Operational & Administrative Activities

You will be responsible for supporting and activating our Lenovo partner base, managing quotations and sales opportunities, following up on campaigns and leads, and driving commercial growth through daily engagement with partners.

This is a highly commercial role where success is measured by partner activation, pipeline development, quote conversion, opportunity follow-up, and revenue growth.

What will you do?

In this role, you will:

• Proactively support and activate existing and new Lenovo ISG partners to generate sales opportunities.

• Manage quotations, pricing requests, and sales opportunities from initial inquiry through to closure.

• Follow up on marketing campaigns, generated leads, and ongoing sales activities to maximize conversion rates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and channel partners while identifying new business opportunities.

• Work closely with the Lenovo team, Business Development Manager, Pre-Sales specialists, and account managers to accelerate partner success.

• Provide fast and effective responses to partner requests, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Track and manage the Lenovo pipeline and contribute to achieving revenue and growth objectives.

• Support business reporting, forecasting, and operational activities linked to the Lenovo business.

What do you bring?

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Commercial experience in internal sales, sales support, business development, or channel sales, preferably within the IT industry.

• A strong commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and results-driven work style.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Dutch, French and English.

• Experience working with infrastructure solutions, server, storage, or data center technologies is a strong asset.

• The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and follow through with a high level of accuracy and customer focus.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
