Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager die energie haalt uit prospecteren, het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en het afsluiten van nieuwe contracten.
Dit is een echte Business Development-functie. Jouw missie is duidelijk: nieuwe business genereren binnen de segmenten Corporate, MICE, Leisure en Airlines en Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport verder positioneren als de voorkeurskeuze in de markt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe klanten en je eigen klantenportefeuille uitbouwen.
- Commerciële onderhandelingen voeren en contracten afsluiten.
- Een sterke salespipeline ontwikkelen en beheren via ons CRM-systeem.
- Markttrends analyseren en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten identificeren.
- Nauw samenwerken met onze commerciële en operationele teams om een uitstekende gastervaring te garanderen.
Jouw profiel
- Je bent een geboren hunter met een passie voor sales.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor in Hotelmanagement, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig, of hebt relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in business development; ervaring binnen de hotelsector is een grote troef.
- Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar met een resultaatgerichte mindset.
- Je werkt vlot met CRM-systemen en commerciële doelstellingen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en daarnaast Nederlands of Frans.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om, indien nodig, klanten te ontmoeten of evenementen bij te wonen buiten de gebruikelijke kantooruren.
