Digital Adoption & Sales Specialist Radiation Oncology - MIM software

GE HealthCare seeks a Digital Adoption & Sales Specialist to drive adoption of radiation oncology software solutions. The role combines customer success management, product demonstrations, and commercial accountability to expand digital platform usage and revenue within existing and new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and manage digital solution trials for Radiation Oncology software adoption
- Drive customer success plans and act as primary contact ensuring high satisfaction and value realization
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction KPIs to demonstrate ROI
- Achieve financial targets for MIM Software and Radiation Oncology digital solution sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or related field
- 3+ years healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications experience
- Strong understanding of Radiation Oncology workflows and digital health ecosystems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clinical and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing, training, or customer success roles
- Experience with digital platforms, SaaS models, or enterprise healthcare software
