Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML architectures focused on NLP, LLMs, and RAG systems
• Build and develop PoCs (e.g. chatbot and retrieval-based solutions)
• Scale successful PoCs into production-ready systems
• Analyse data assets and business processes to support AI initiatives
• Assess and mitigate risks in existing LLM implementations
• Train and optimise machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
• Process, cleanse, and validate datasets for accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across data and IT teams
• Contribute to data strategy, governance, and AI adoption initiatives

Skills/Must have:

• Strong Python development experience
• Proven experience with LLMs and RAG architectures
• Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, SpaCy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience taking AI solutions from PoC to production
• Strong knowledge of MLOps (deployment, monitoring, versioning)
• Experience with vector databases
• Cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong data handling and preprocessing experience

Salary:

• €500–€550 per day
