Coordinator Art Logistics & Exhibitions
Werk mee achter de schermen van internationale tentoonstellingen, museumstukken en unieke kunsttransporten. In deze veelzijdige administratieve functie zorg je ervoor dat elk dossier tot in de puntjes wordt opgevolgd en alle betrokken partijen perfect geïnformeerd zijn.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je beheert en volgt internationale kunst- en tentoonstellingsdossiers administratief op.
- Je coördineert alle documentatie en zorgt dat dossiers volledig en correct zijn.
- Je onderhoudt contact met musea, galerieën, klanten, transporteurs en internationale partners.
- Je ondersteunt de planning en organisatie van kunsttransporten wereldwijd.
- Je stemt af met interne afdelingen zoals douane, luchtvracht, warehouse en operations.
- Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van elk project.
• Kennis van art handling en alles daaromtrent is een pluspunt
• Proactief, creatief en flexibel in het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen.
• Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden voor een effectieve samenwerking met (inter)nationale collega’s en klanten
• Kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Extra taal/talen is een pluspunt.
• Affiniteit met kunst en cultuur , en het vermogen om in een teamverband te werken
