En tant que Chef de Projet Haute et Moyenne Tension, vous assurez le suivi complet de projets de construction et de rénovation de postes haute tension à Braine-l’Alleud, pour des gestionnaires de réseaux et de grands clients industriels. Vous rejoignez une équipe spécialisée dans des projets à fort impact tels que le stockage par batteries, le solaire, les infrastructures de recharge et les centres de données.

Votre mission se déroule : Braine-l'Alleud.
Zoom sur la fonction :- gérer des projets haute et moyenne tension d’une valeur comprise entre 500 k€ et 10 M€ pour la partie spécifique MT et HT
- bénéficier du soutien d’un Chef de projet senior pour accompagner le développement des projets et l’atteinte des KPI en matière de sécurité, finances, qualité et délais
- préparer les offres depuis la demande d’appel d’offres jusqu’à la clôture du contrat
- assurer la réalisation complète des projets jusqu’à la réception finale
- négocier avec les clients, fournisseurs et sous-traitants clés
- veiller au respect des délais et à l’atteinte des objectifs du projet
- préparer les rapports d’avancement financiers et les présenter à la direction
- identifier les risques et opportunités liés aux projets
- encadrer une équipe de superviseurs et de techniciens et renforcer l’esprit d’équipe
- collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe d’ingénierie afin de développer les meilleures solutions techniques
- organiser les réunions de planification avec les chefs de projet et superviseurs afin d’affecter efficacement les ressources
- un bachelier en génie industriel ou une expérience pertinente dans la gestion de projets industriels
- une première expérience comme chef de projet dans des environnements multitechniques de moyenne à grande taille
- une connaissance des installations haute tension constitue un atout
- une bonne maîtrise des applications Office 365
- une très bonne connaissance technique et organisationnelle
- une vision à long terme dans les relations avec les clients et fournisseurs
- des capacités de leadership, un sens de la collaboration et de bonnes compétences relationnelles
- la capacité à travailler aussi bien en équipe qu’en autonomie
- une orientation contact et résultat
- une excellente connaissance du néerlandais complétée par des connaissances du français et de l’anglais
