En tant qu’Assistant Project Manager Haute et Moyenne Tension, vous accompagnez un Project Manager dans la réalisation de projets allant de 500 000 € à 10 millions € et développez progressivement votre expertise vers une fonction de Project Manager. Vous évoluez au cœur de projets liés aux postes haute tension, au stockage par batteries, au solaire, aux infrastructures de recharge et aux centres de données.

Votre mission se déroule : Braine-l’Alleud.
Zoom sur la fonction :- assister le Project Manager dans la réalisation de projets haute et moyenne tension d’une valeur comprise entre 500 000 € et 10 millions €
- participer à la préparation et au suivi des projets jusqu’à leur réception définitive
- contribuer aux aspects techniques et organisationnels des projets
- collaborer avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- veiller au respect des délais et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs des projets
- préparer les méthodes de travail et assurer le suivi des chantiers sur site
- préparer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- rechercher des solutions techniques pour les équipes de terrain
- développer vos connaissances techniques et participer à la préparation des rapports financiers, états d’avancement et facturations
- construire une collaboration efficace avec les superviseurs et techniciens et contribuer à la dynamique d’équipe
- travailler étroitement avec l’équipe d’ingénierie afin de développer la meilleure solution technique pour chaque projet
- préparer et participer aux réunions de planification afin d’assurer une allocation optimale des ressources
- un diplôme de bachelier ou d’ingénieur industriel, ou une expérience équivalente dans un environnement de gestion de projets industriels
- une première expérience dans des projets techniques de moyenne à grande envergure
- une connaissance des installations haute tension constitue un atout
- de solides compétences techniques et organisationnelles
- une bonne maîtrise d’Office 365
- de bonnes capacités de communication et un réel esprit de collaboration
- un leadership naturel et une approche constructive du travail en équipe
- une vision à long terme dans les relations avec les clients et fournisseurs
- un sens du résultat et de la rentabilité
- la capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- une approche orientée solutions et résultats
- une excellente maîtrise du néerlandais, complétée par une connaissance du français et de l’anglais
