Inside Sales Representative Eastern Europe
Manage and develop relationships with existing B2B customers.
Identify potential customers and open new accounts.
Work closely with the External Sales Representative to develop sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, calculate prices and follow up on commercial proposals.
Process customer orders and monitor their progress.
Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone and email.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing product range.
Encourage customers to use the company's digital ordering tools.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and commercial requests.
Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the internal system.
Develop an understanding of customer applications, market developments and competitors.
Monitor commercial opportunities and report on sales activities.
Support colleagues when needed and contribute to the daily operation of the sales department.
You have a commercial and/or technical background.
You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably involving technical products.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Polish, Czech or another Eastern European language is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an additional asset.
You are comfortable working with Excel and other business software.
You enjoy maintaining customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
You communicate clearly and confidently with international customers.
You are organised and capable of managing several customer requests simultaneously.
You take initiative and follow up on commercial opportunities without needing constant supervision.
You work well in a small team and remain focused when priorities change.
An interest in industrial products and technical applications will help you succeed in this role.
