Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for Sunny Greece

- Position: Inside Sales Representative (Dutch)
Location: Athens, Greece
salary 1700 EUR per month (x14 salaries)+* Private life & health insurance (including eyecare and dental care) effective after 3 months of employment (effective from day 1 for relocated candidates)
* Free use of the corporate gym * Fixed working hours of your selection, for all mothers with children of up to 2 years of age * Daily cash bonus at Mastercard, as defined below: * Office & Hybrid, First year of employment (0-12 months): 3€ net per working day * Office & Hybrid, after 12 months: 6€ net per working day per working day+* Reimbursement of flight ticket (up to 300€) and transportation from airport (up to 50€)* 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation * Assistance with finding permanent accommodation * Relocation Cash bonus: 100€ in Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month * Administrative support * Welcome Bonus: 100 euros gross per month for the first six months in the company + Project Bonus: 100 euros gross for Lenovo IDGWork model: Hybrid

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion
- Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
- Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
- Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage
- Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business
- Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near-native level in Dutch, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
- Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
