Le stage se déroulera au sein de l’équipe Sustainability d’Eurostar, qui est responsable de la définition et du déploiement de la stratégie Développement Durable du Groupe (carbone, circularité, certifications, reportings).

Votre mission

En tant que Stagiaire Sustainability, vous soutiendrez l’équipe dans la collecte et l’analyse de données, de reportings et de communication.

Vos responsabilités

Support au reporting (notamment Ecovadis)

• Collecter, structurer et consolider les données ESG ;
• Participer à la préparation et à la soumission du questionnaire EcoVadis et vérifier la cohérence, la qualité et la validité de la documentation ;
• Contribuer à la collecte, vérification et mise en forme des données ESG destinées aux publications externes (site internet, parties prenantes externes, etc.) ;
• S'occuper de la mise en forme de documents sur les indicateurs ESG pour différents rapports.
  

Coordination interne

• Collaborer avec les différents départements et assister dans la collecte d'information ;
• Participer et animer des réunions pour la gestion des projets avec les parties prenantes internes (reporting, rapports) ;
• Assurer la rédaction des comptes rendus.
  

Communication ESG

• Support à la communication interne et externe.

The internship will take place within Eurostar’s Sustainability team, which is responsible for defining and implementing the Group’s Sustainability strategy (carbon, circularity, certifications, reporting).

Your mission

As a Sustainability Intern, you will support the team in data collection and analysis, reporting, and communication activities.

Your responsabilities

Reporting support (including EcoVadis)

• Collect, structure, and consolidate ESG data;
• Participate in the preparation and submission of the EcoVadis questionnaire and verify the consistency, quality, and validity of the documentation;
• Contribute to the collection, verification, and formatting of ESG data for external publications (website, external stakeholders, etc.);
• Prepare and format documents related to ESG indicators for various reports.

Internal coordination

• Collaborate with different departments and assist in the collection of information;
• Participate in and facilitate project management meetings with internal stakeholders (reporting, reports);
• Prepare meeting minutes.

ESG Communication

• Support internal and external communication activities.

Requirements

Votre profil

• Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) dans l’un des domaines suivants : développement durable, sciences de l’environnement, économie, ingénierie.
• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et travaillez avec rigueur.
• Vous possédez un bon esprit d'analyse et portez une attention particulière aux détails.
• Vous êtes organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.
• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et collaborez facilement avec différents interlocuteurs.
• Vous adoptez une approche pragmatique et orientée vers la recherche de solutions.
  

Ce que nous recherchons

• Un intérêt marqué pour les enjeux ESG/RSE et le secteur de la mobilité durable
• Une aisance avec les chiffres, l’analyse de données et les exercices de reporting
• Une première expérience (stage, projet académique, association, etc.) est un atout, mais n’est pas indispensable
  

Compétences techniques

• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de l’analyse de données
• Intérêt pour le reporting (une connaissance d’Ecovadis constitue un atout)
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
  

Langues

• Français courant ou anglais courant, avec une excellente maîtrise de l’autre langue (obligatoire)

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: sustainability, environmental sciences, economics, or engineering.
• You are autonomous and work with a high level of accuracy.
• You have strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail.
• You are well organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborate easily with different stakeholders.
• You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

What we are looking for

• A strong interest in ESG/CSR topics and the sustainable mobility sector.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting activities.
• Previous experience (internship, academic project, student association, etc.) is considered an asset but is not required.
  

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Interest in reporting activities (knowledge of EcoVadis is considered an asset).
• Strong written communication skills in French and English.

Languages

• Fluent in French or English, with an excellent command of the other language (mandatory).
