Software & Web Developer Intern - Stage

- Website Development: Further build out the foundations of our website to improve user experience and functionality.
- Platform Testing: Test our flight booking platform from our side, based on the work delivered by external developers, and provide feedback for improvements.
- Rail Integration: Work on integrating a rail solution, either via a white-label website or by implementing an API.
- Interactive Education Page: Make modifications and enhancements to our interactive education page to better engage and inform users on sustainable travel.
- API Design: Help design and conceptualize our API to support new features and integrations with existing travel agencies.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop a small solution for SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) without flight booking, including integration with Google TIM, extracting and carving out code of our existing full travel agency platform.
- Final year in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
- Internship of minimal 4 months and should be part of your university curriculum.
- You have experience from a previous developer internship, or have worked on a developer student job.
- Passion for sustainable travel and aviation.
- Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, SCSS, JavaScript and Python) and familiarity with APIs.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail for testing and troubleshooting.
- Creative thinking and ability to work independently (partly from home) and in a team.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Experience with backend or API development is a bonus.
- Experience with NextJs or plane ReactJs would be great
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
