2400 € par moisAls Internal Sales Advisor word jij dé stem die klanten begeleidt in de verkoopplannen van hun vastgoed. Jij helpt hen de juiste keuzes te maken!
Omschrijving
- Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten (ca. 80 calls/dag)
- Luisteren naar noden & verkoopproject in kaart brengen
- Advies geven en klanten overtuigen om samen te werken met een partnerkantoor
- Vertrouwensband opbouwen tussen klant en makelaar
- Eigen dossiers opvolgen en deals afronden
- Resultaten en targets nastreven
- Samenwerken met een gedreven team dat elkaar ondersteunt en motiveert
Profiel
- Ervaring in een commerciële rol: outbound sales / B2C call-omgeving / ...
- Affiniteit met vastgoed is een pluspunt
- Comfortabel in telefonische verkoop en overtuigend in gesprek
- Positief, energiek en klantgericht
- Teamplayer die open communiceert en eerlijk werkt
- Doorzetter: targets motiveren jou
- Nederlandstalig + je kan je aardig behelpen in het Frans (onder collega's wordt er voornamelijk Frans gesproken)
Aanbod
- Vast loon € 2.400 bruto/maand
- Commissies die gemiddeld oplopen tot €1.000/maand
- Vast uurrooster: ma–vr, 9u–17u15 (38u/week)
- Hybride werken: tot 3 dagen thuiswerk (vaste kantoordagen dinsdag & donderdag)
- Start via interim met het oog op een vast contract
- Een hecht team van 5 Sales Advisors die nu een 6e, even gedreven, collega zoeken
- Competitieve, motiverende sfeer met erkenning voor prestaties
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen sales en andere teams, afhankelijk van mogelijkheden & ambitie
