Voor hun business unit Specialised Services is onze klant op zoek naar een administratief medewerker die mee instaat voor het opmaken van Offretes, vaak voor meer complexe en specifieke dossiers.
In deze functie werk je dagelijks met tools zoals Word en Excel en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van informatie. Je start vanaf nul, dus we zoeken vooral iemand die leergierig is en graag nieuwe dingen aanleert.

Al bijna 150 jaar biedt onze klant objectieve en adviserende services op het vlak van inspectie, certificatie, conformiteitsevaluatie en opleiding. Hun services zijn geaccrediteerd op 4 normen, die de garantie bieden dat onze klant op organisationeel en technisch niveau performant en efficiënt services levert. Het bedrijf wordt dan ook erkend door nationale en internationale instanties.
Met haar ongeveer 2.000 professionals nationaal engageren zij zich dagelijks voor een veiligere en efficiëntere samenleving.Deze sectorspecialisten begrijpen de noden van multinationals, KMO’s, zelfstandigen en particulieren als geen ander en wijzen hen de weg met advies en ondersteuning. Profil
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (Word, Excel) – Je kent je weg op een pc.
- Je bent leergierig en durft vragen te stellen
- Je neemt initiatief en bent niet bang om telefonisch contact op te nemen
- Je kan goed luisteren en informatie nauwkeurig verwerken
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (NL/FR)
- Werkervaring is geen must – schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom
