We're looking for a Junior Art Director who can throw themselves into a brief, pull it apart and distill it into something sharp. Who wants to make good stuff with other creatives and absorb everything they can in the process. Oh, and who isn't intimidated by B2B. Pretty important.



What you'll be doing



On a surface level, you will:


Keep our visual output sharp and cohesive. You effortlessly build upon existing brand identities and know exactly how to translate rough sketches into strong, showstopping campaign visuals.



On a deeper level, you will:

• sculpt the brand
  You know how to translate vision into design. Whether it's a complete rebranding or a single campaign visual. You make the brand look and feel exactly right.
• think it through
  You have a critical eye and ask the right questions. Together with the Creative Lead, you dig into what will actually make the image land, and you're not afraid to push back if something's off.
• sharpen the concept You're not afraid to use generative AI. You explore, test and integrate it into your creative workflow. When a new tool drops, you're the first to dive in and see how it can speed up or elevate your work.
• raise the bar There's always room for improvement. Your skills and creative daring raise the standard for the entire creative team. You challenge your fellow creatives, share your latest tricks and keep everyone sharp.
• pull out all the stops You bring the image you have in mind to life. Regardless of the tools, skills or knowledge required to get there. Where there's a will, there's a way.

Who you are

• You've done this before. You bring at least 3 years of experience as a creative designer or art director to the table. You know how to handle weighty B2B brands and you aren't easily intimidated by a complex brief.
• You're fluent in Adobe. Of all the design tools out there, the Adobe Creative Cloud is your absolute playground. You know it inside out and it feels like second nature to you
• You speak the language. Besides Adobe, you're also fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus. You know how to articulate your creative choices clearly to the team and translate them into stunning visuals.
• You're a collaborator. You thrive in a flat structure (yes, holacracy!) where you get a lot of freedom but also take responsibility. You want to work alongside Art Directors, Motion Designers and Strategists to build something bigger than yourself.
• You're ready to commit. You see yourself growing within a stable team and you're looking for a permanent home (freelancers, we love you, but we're looking for a steady relationship here). You also live in, or are able to work in Belgium without needing visa or relocation support.
