Sales Associate - Luxembourg

Sales Associate (CDI) The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the real estate market and a pioneer in coliving in Luxembourg since 2015. We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for a high energy, results-driven Sales Associate with great interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. Main responsibilities: Drive the full sales cycle in our internal CRM with calls, emails, online meetings, and in-person viewings Qualify and talk to inbound leads to help them find the best room from our portfolio Set up viewings, organise property visits, follow up with clients and close deals Onboarding of new clients and supporting existing ones (contracts, move ins / outs) Identify new opportunities to improve visibility, sales performance and conversion rates Hit monthly sales goals Your profile: 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, business development or other client-facing roles Great interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy meeting new people Driven and capable of organising your tasks, sales pipeline and daily schedule to maximise conversion Team player, can work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment Driving license (mandatory) Fluency in English is mandatory.
