Environment Artist

We’re looking for a dedicated 3D Asset & Level Development Artist with strong experience in Unity to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive environments with a strong sense of scale, atmosphere, and detail.
• Turn concepts and real-world references into playable, believable spaces.
• Shape the player experience through level layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to push the quality of every environment.
• Refine and optimize your work to deliver polished experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with Unity and 3D level design.
• Strong understanding of large-scale realistic environment creation.
• Experience working with 3D modelling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
• Good knowledge of PBR materials, textures, lighting, and shaders.
• Ability to create believable environments based on real-world references.
• Understanding of level design principles, player flow, scale, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of 3D optimization and performance in Unity.
• A portfolio showcasing large-scale 3D environments in Unity is required.
