En tant que Legal Counsel, vous accompagnez le suivi juridique de projets d'infrastructure et de marchés publics. Vous combinez votre expertise contractuelle avec une collaboration étroite avec le Business Unit Infra et contribuez activement à des solutions dans un environnement technique et commercial.

Votre mission se déroule : Bruxelles, avec des activités sur nos sites d'Aartselaar et de Braine-l'Alleud.
Zoom sur la fonction :- analyser les documents d'appels d'offres publics et privés, principalement pendant la phase d'offre, et fournir un conseil juridique durant l'exécution
- négocier, rédiger et assurer le suivi de divers contrats, avec un accent sur les projets d'infrastructure complexes et les marchés publics
- réaliser des analyses de risques liées aux contrats et aux projets
- suivre et accompagner les litiges et les réclamations
- conseiller sur le droit des contrats, les marchés publics, la responsabilité et la compliance
- collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires business afin de développer les solutions juridiques les plus adaptées
- soutenir et accompagner activement les négociations
- contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif
Profil
Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :- master en droit
- minimum 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'avocat et/ou legal counsel interne, de préférence dans le cadre de projets d'infrastructure
- expertise en droit des contrats, marchés publics et idéalement expérience de grands projets d'infrastructure
- apprécie travailler en étroite collaboration avec différentes parties prenantes et agit comme un véritable partenaire du business
- proactif, dynamique et communique clairement
- capacité à évaluer efficacement les risques et les enjeux commerciaux
- maîtrise du néerlandais et bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
