Beschrijving van de functie
Als Legal Counsel ondersteun je de juridische begeleiding van infrastructuurprojecten en overheidsopdrachten. Je combineert contractuele expertise met een nauwe samenwerking met de Business Unit Infra en draagt actief bij aan oplossingen binnen een technische en commerciële context.

Jouw werklocatie: Brussel, met activiteiten op onze sites in Aartselaar en Braine-l'Alleud.
Wat ga je doen?- analyseren van publieke en private aanbestedingsdocumenten, voornamelijk tijdens de tenderfase, en juridisch advies geven tijdens de uitvoering
- onderhandelen, opstellen en opvolgen van diverse contracten, met focus op complexe infrastructuur- en overheidsopdrachten
- uitvoeren van risicoanalyses binnen contracten en projecten
- opvolgen en begeleiden van geschillen en claims
- adviseren over contractenrecht, overheidsopdrachten, aansprakelijkheid en compliance
- samenwerken met business partners om de meest geschikte juridische oplossingen uit te werken
- actief ondersteunen en begeleiden van onderhandelingen
- bijdragen aan een positief en collegiaal teamklimaat
Jouw profiel
Zie je een match met jouw troeven?- masterdiploma in de rechten
- minimaal 3 à 4 jaar ervaring als advocaat en/of in-house legal counsel, bij voorkeur binnen infrastructuurprojecten
- expertise in contractenrecht, overheidsopdrachten en bij voorkeur ervaring met grote infrastructurele projecten
- je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en stelt je op als partner voor de business
- je bent proactief, dynamisch en communiceert helder
- je kan risico's en commerciële belangen goed inschatten
- vlot in het Nederlands met goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
